Networking : Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, immigration authorities, and other relevant stakeholders to stay updated on the latest policies, procedures, and opportunities. Follow-Up and Support : Stay connected with enrolled students, addressing any concerns, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure a seamless transition to their chosen academic institutions. Test Preparation: Collaborate with our coaching team to recommend suitable IELTS preparation programs for students aiming to improve their English language proficiency. Student Consultation: Engage with prospective students, understand their academic aspirations, and provide them with comprehensive information about our range of IELTS coaching and student visa consulting services. Performing Administrative Duties Keeping Records of students In MS Excel Format Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment, furniture, books, and other office supplies Transferring calls as necessary and direct inquiries to the concerned department/person Assisting with mail and scheduling appointment as required Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis Perform other tasks as assigned Updating Excel Sheet Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
